Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We recommend scheduling your spa appointment a minimum of two weeks prior to your arrival for the widest selection of treatments, services and appointment times.

We cannot give you service if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24hrs in advance. 48 hrs cancellation notice on all packages. (three or more services) We’ll be asking for your visa no. If booking more than one service.

For late cancellation you will be charged 50% of your service price.
No refund for skin care products.
